This week ABS releases the front brake pads for the 2019 Suzuki Jimny; Item 35317.
The Suzuki Jimny is a four-wheel drive off-road mini SUV, manufactured and marketed by Japanese automaker Suzuki since April 1970, now in its fourth generation. Suzuki has marketed 2.85 million Jimnys in 194 countries of the generations one, two and three.
The 2019, fourth generation is still a capable off roader. The body-on-chassis design uses a ladder frame, 3-link rigid axle suspension with coil spring, and part-time four-wheel drive with low range transfer gear.
Although introduced in 2019 in Europe as a 4 seater model it was withdrawn form the market in 2020 due to the high CO2 emissions and tightening EU emissions standards. It was reintroduced in 2021 as a commercial vehicle (without rear seats and with a partition separating luggage space from the front seats), and therefore subject to less stringent emissions limits.
